Planning Audit
Shrink wrapped scaffolding projects begin with an onsite planning meeting. We undertake a feasibility study, including a thorough assessment of the potential wind loading and internal and external roof pressures. The calculated data will indicate the structure's safety and robustness requirements.
Engineers Drawings
Taking into account the site conditions and construction tolerances, our scaffold designers will work together with our engineering team to produce the most efficient and cost-effective designs to meet all access, compliance and safety requirements.
Shrink Wrapped Scaffolding Installation
When you work with Tauranga Scaffolding, you’ll find that workflow on-site is highly-organised, and we take full responsibility for our engineers and site operatives. They’ll arrive with detailed installation instructions, fully equipped in accordance with current Health & Safety legislation and fully briefed on the projects’ required safety protocols.
Our scaffolding team will erect the framework structure and sheeting according to the drawings to achieve maximum efficiency and site safety.
Scaffolding Inspection
A thorough inspection follows, checking for the integrity and safety of the temporary roof. These inspections are repeated weekly and after every harsh weather event for the duration of the hire period.
Shrink Wrap Disposal
At the end of the hire period, we recycle the shrink wrap in a dedicated eco waste facility.
